Poor little Petunia had to go to the vet last week. Stephen noticed she was bleeding from her nether regions, and upon first examination I thought she had bloody tissue protruding from her lady bits. I was afraid it was a prolapse, and that would require life-threatening surgery. Crap crap crap.
Fortunately, it was a sore located very close to her lady bits, probably from scratching her belly with her ever growing sharp nails. So we got some ointment from the doc, and she’s pretty much healed up by now. Her lady bits are fine. Whew.
